On site now
Section titled “On site now”
Everyone signed in, by company, with their phone number a tap away.
On site now lists everyone signed in, grouped by company, with visitors last. For each person:
- Name and phone number - tap the number to ring them. Visitors show who they are visiting.
- Trade (for a visitor, their company).
- Signed in - the time, and how long ago.
- Toolbox talk - Accepted and the talk’s title, No talk that day, or Not needed for a visitor.
- Location - At the site, About 1.2 km from the site when they signed in more than about 300 metres away, Recorded when the site has no location set, or Not shared when they said no.
A sign-in a long way from the site is a note, not an accusation - a poor signal can put a phone in the wrong place. It is there so you can ask.
The list refreshes itself every minute while you have it open; Refresh does it now.
Sign out signs someone out for them - for the worker who left without scanning. The register shows that you signed them out.
At the end-of-day time set in Settings, anyone still signed in is signed out for them, shown as End of day.
History
Section titled “History”
History shows who was on site, by day (newest first) and then by company. Choose the days with From and To, or Today, 7 days, 14 days or 31 days - up to three months at a time - and filter by name or company.
For each sign-in: when they came (In), when they left and how long they stayed (Out), and How they signed out - Signed out (themselves), End of day, or Signed out by a named person - plus the toolbox talk and the location.
Download CSV gives the same days as a spreadsheet: every sign-in, worker or visitor, company, trade, phone, times, time on site, the toolbox talk and the distance from site.
